These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, and our Refund Policy, which explains cancellations and refunds. You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

We provide academic support services, including model answers and custom-written reference material, proofreading and editing, feedback on drafts, research guidance, programming help, tutoring and exam preparation. Each piece of work is prepared by an expert in the relevant subject.

• A contract between us is formed when you accept the quote and your payment is received. We then confirm your order in writing.
• The price is based on the information you give us. Please make sure the brief, word count, level, referencing style and deadline are complete and accurate.
• If you change the scope after ordering, for example by increasing the word count or adding new instructions, we will quote for the change before doing the extra work.
